Cove Federal Credit Union Partners with Kenton County Library to Offer Free Estate Planning & Elder Law Lunch & Learn Event
Edgewood, KY – October 23, 2023 – Join presenters Paul Boggs and Bryan Bishop of JSB Attorneys who will discuss how Elder Law prepares seniors for financial freedom and autonomy, protecting them through proper Estate Planning, Long-Term Care Planning, Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Trusts. The event is Saturday, November 4 th at the Erlanger Branch of the Kenton County Library. A McAlister’s Deli box lunch will be provided by Cove.

REGULATION D LIMITATIONS
Federal regulations require financial institutions to closely monitor withdrawals made from a savings or money market deposit account. As non-transactional accounts, savings and money markets must adhere to the Federal Reserve Bank's Regulation D, which stipulates that no more than a total of six transfers or pre-authorized withdrawals may be made from each account to another account or to a third party in any month. -
